The lecture is dedicated to Patent Law as part of Intellectual Property. In particular, the patent requirements, the invention concept, software patents, patents related to biotechnology, the patent procedure and patent infringement are considered, as well as the basics of the patent evaluation and patent management. In addition, the lecture provides insights into European Patent Law (WTO, TRIPs) and international patent-related convenient.
