  • Implementation of a heuristic solution method for a combinatorial optimization problem

Competencies / intended learning achievements

When completing the module, students should be able to
  • Communicate problems using flowcharts and UML diagrams.
  • Understand the basics one programming language.
  • Implement simple algorithms in that language.
  • Automate heuristic solution procedures.
  • Judge which methods support the process of software development.
  • Describe documents using XML and DTD.
  • Manage IT-projects.
