  • transfer theoretical concepts of leadership and motivation to practice-related issues;
  • develop strategies to achieve successful leadership and motivated work in organizations;
  • propose theoretically grounded solutions to leadership problems in organizations;
  • convincingly argue in discussions of proposed solutions to leadership problems in organizations;
  • autonomously manage the development of case scenarios and solutions in teams.
