Contents
Competencies / intended learning achievements
Students will be able to
- apply methods for the assessment and comparison of different mixture formation processes on the basis of the material learned
- identify the characteristics and specific properties of the different fuel types and apply this knowledge to the design and construction of systems
- analyze systems on the basis of the knowledge gained about lubricants and develop a synthesis for the further development of lubrication systems and friction combinations in the powertrain, e.g. in order to optimize fuel consumption.
