1. Lecture

Students will be able to

  • describe and explain in detail the basic technology of selected agricultural machinery.
  • select the appropriate agricultural machinery for a specific scenario and justify this selection.
  • recommend application options for agricultural machinery.
  • estimate the dimensioning of an agricultural machine.
  • describe current / future developments and to assess them with regard to their relevance for developments in the field of agricultural machinery.

2. Field trips

Students will be able to

  • compare practice and theory.
  • relate the contents learned in the lecture to practical examples.
  • evaluate and assess how theoretical contents are implemented in practice.
