- describe and apply methods for risk analysis,
- explain and carry out procedures for statistical test planning.

- describe the subject of audit planning as well as audit methods,
- name the different types of audits
- reproduce and calculate machine and process capability indicators,
- rewrite and apply quality control charts
- describe the procedure in complaint management,
- compare the quality cost types,
- describe the functional model of the CAQ.
