- Modelling methods: overview of process-oriented domains and modeling techniques for the representation of processes (scheduling, project management, EPC (ARIS), petri nets, precedence diagram method, UML).
- Process optimization: approaches and problems of the selection of efficient and optimal process alternatives from the set of potential processes.
- Intercorporate integration of business processes: stages of integration, EDI, SCM, web services, marketplaces.
