Contents

The event gives a broad overview of sustainability management in the day-to-day business of companies. This includes, e.g., the development of a sustainability strategy, the measurement of sustainability performance, the management of projects and sustainability reporting. The students are prepared for a potential activity in the sustainability management of an organization with the help of lectures and the independent processing of tasks. In addition, you will receive through guest lectures, podcasts, practical talks or the like. Current insights into the everyday work of sustainability managers.

Students will learn
  • knowledge of the challenges in implementing sustainability management in practice.
  • methodological competence in classic as well as agile project management.
  • the most important theoretical basics for the main areas of responsibility of a sustainability manager.
