Contents

The course is designed as a blended learning format and includes an online course during the semester as well as classroom exercises. The online course prepares students specifically for the application-oriented exercises.

During the course, students form a consulting team that receives a project assignment. The goal of the consulting team is to develop and present a concept proposal for the digital support of virtual collaboration in project teams.

The course addresses the following contents:

  • Basics of teamwork and team development as well as special characteristics of project teams
  • Digital tools to support successful collaboration in project teams
  • Successful communication in project teams
  • Effective conflict management in project teams
  • Convincing presentation in project teams
  • Competent moderation in project teams
