Contents

The mathematical techniques for flow computation and the theory of asymptotic expansions for differential equations are provided and analysed. In particular, the following topics are covered:
  • regular and singular disturbed problems,
  • scaling,
  • multi-scale expansions,
  • boundary layers for differential equations.
