Notice

The proseminars offered in the following semester will be presented at the "Proseminarbörse" of the Department of Mathematics. This takes place in the penultimate week of the lecture period of the preceding semester. Right after the "Proseminarbörse", the registration in the online administration system URM is activated.

Possible Study achievement

  • Verification of study performance: proof of successful participation in the proseminar
  • Examination number (Study achievement): 82055 ("Proseminar (MathematIcs)")
  • Details of the examination (type, duration, criteria) will be announced at the beginning of the course.
    The required achievement usually consists of a combination of an oral presentation (duration 30 - 90 minutes) and a written elaboration.

Proseminar in a field of practical/applied mathematics of choice from the course offerings of the Department of Mathematics.

The literature will be announced at the beginning of the respective course (resp. its preliminary meeting).
