On successfully completing the module students will be able to,

know the application area of Building Information Modeling and the resulting added value for Real Estate and Facility Management
know the contents of information models, relevant standards and software that supports BIM
using a BIM (modeling-)software (e.g. Revit) and successfully handle modelling tasks with increased complexity.
